31 Day Challenge! Day 5: Blue Nails

Hello all! Another day, another challenge. Today's challenge is blue nails. I decided to go with an idea I have been wanting to do since Phoenix Comicon, which was earlier this summer. I've been needing an excuse to do this design and since this challenge is zipping by, he's the perfect character to use for today's challenge.

If you are a big Sega fan like me, then you know who Sonic the Hedgehog is! Sonic games are so fun to play and Sonic himself was very fun to paint! My untried polish for today is Icing's blue Magnetix polish. I liked how the blue magnetic polish looks like Sonic zooming past! I know I am lame but it made me really happy. :) 

I have never been more proud of any of my nail art. For me, Sonic is perfect. I just love how he came out. Even his shoes came out pretty good! I worked hard on him too, I hope it shows!

What I used:

• Base color: Icing Blue Magnetic nail polish
• Acrylic paint: Blue, black, red, white, peach
• Variety of nail art brushes

 And here is the image I used for my inspiration. Doesn't he look so smug? Well I feel smug with how he came out. Bring on the suspenders! (inside joke) I must have adapted his persona since I was thinking about him so much. haha.
