31 Day Challenge! Day 18: Half Moons

Hello all! Here's the thing I have with half moons...I think they look great on other people, just not on me. I think it might be because my nails are always so short. With that said, I'm actually not hating how mine came out for the challenge. The untried polish for today's manicure is Zoya Jinx.

I was searching for a copper colored polish for so long and then I found Zoya Jinx, which I think is perfect. I really like the name too, it was my nickname in high school. :)

For today's mani I painted my nails with Zoya Jinx, then after it was dried, I used the paper hole reinforcements to create the half moons. I also used Jinx for the stamping. I think this manicure came out looking pretty snazzy.

What I used:
  • Base color: Zoya Jinx
  • Sinful colors Black on Black
  • Paper hold reinforcements
  • Sally Hansen Silver Sweep
  • BM 310

So what do you think of the stamping? Is it a bit too much?

Tomorrow is day 4 of the Let's Do the Time Warp Challenge and day 19 of this challenge. I'm pretty excited  :)

See you then!
PeaceErin

  1. I like your half-moons a lot! There's nothing wrong with half moons on short nails, besides your nails aren't that short at all. I don't think the stamping is too much at all, it's a nice subtle design that dresses up the black.

    1. Thank you! I was hoping to dress up the black, it just seemed so plain before the stamping.
